Kwanzaa Celebration Dinner Honoring Richard D. Navis

Richard D. Navis, was the Chair of the BHS AASD from 1975-1991. His name has become synonymous with the AASD department due to his hard work, dedication, and impact on the students’ lives. Partnering closely with the BHS Black Student Union, this event will highlight the principles of Kwanzaa, and unveil a Richard D. Navis memorial to be permanently affixed to the campus of BHS.
